Results Driving School T&C’s
By submitting an enquiry or booking driving lessons through our website, email or phone, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions governing the provision of driving lessons with your instructor.
Please note that all payments made directly to your instructor are strictly between the pupil and the instructor. The driving school does not accept liability for any such transactions, as these funds are not processed or handled by the school.
- Pupils must be aged 17 years or older to be able to take driving lessons in accordance with UK law.
- Driving lessons are only available to individuals aged 17 or over, in accordance with UK driving laws. Pupils must hold a valid provisional driving licence before taking part in any lessons.
- Pupils must inform their instructor directly if they need to cancel a future driving lesson and must provide them with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Should the pupil fail to give the instructor adequate notice, then the pupil is liable to pay the full driving lesson fee.
- Payment for lessons must be made in advance or at the start of each session, directly to your instructor. No lesson will proceed without prior payment.
- Instructors reserve the right to cancel or suspend a lesson if they have reasonable grounds to believe the pupil is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may impair their ability to drive safely.
- Instructors reserve the right to rearrange lessons at short notice in the event of mechanical breakdown or other difficulty outside their control.
- Your instructor’s main priority is to promote safe and responsible driving practices. During a lesson, they may need to take control of the vehicle to prevent accidents. While instructors aim to provide the highest standard of training, they cannot be held liable for mistakes made by the pupil when driving independently, whether before or after passing the driving test.
- Instructors accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage caused by a pupil’s reckless or negligent behaviour during a lesson.
- Driving tests should only be arranged with the prior agreement of both the Instructor and the Pupil.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be published on the official driving school website.
